Details about Customizing Project Modules

  • Who Can Customize: Modules can be customized by the Workspace Owner, Project Owner, Admins, or a Custom Role with the Manage Project Settings permission enabled.

  • Automatic Updates: Customizations apply to all project members automatically.

  • Saving Customizations: You can save these customizations into Project Templates for future use.

  2. You will be directed to your Project Control Center.

  1. Select the role(s) for which you want to hide the module within the project.

  2. Hidden module tabs will not be visible to the roles that have the module(s) hidden from them.

Custom Modules

Embed a public share or read-only link to bring other workflows and experiences into your project. You can learn more about Custom Embeds here.

Configuring a New Project

After naming a new project, select the Configure Project button.

Here you'll be able to select the modules to disable. Note that disabling the Tasks module will remove the Task screen but still allow you to create tasks in your Roadmap view.

Once you've selected which modules you'd like to disable, create the project. You'll see that this project is now tailored to your specific needs.
