Here are a few steps you can take if your verification email isn't showing up:
Make sure there are no typos in the email you submitted
Open your Spam folder and check to see if Nifty confirmation email is there
Gmail users: check Promotions and Updates folders. Sometimes Nifty confirmation emails get caught in there.
Click request another one on the verify page and a new code will be sent out.
