Your Portfolio screen provides you with high-level insights into your projects' statuses.
Note that you can add more information to these tiles with Project Fields for customized insights.
Project Statuses
The progress bars shown on your Portfolio screen are based on the completion of tasks within your Roadmap. Projects that have the Roadmap disabled, or have no progress reflected in the Roadmap will not show progress on the Portfolio screen.
Statuses:
Not Started: This project either has no Roadmap or you've not yet completed your first milestone-tied task.
In Progress: You've completed at least one Roadmap task and your deadlines are healthy.
Completed: All of your Milestones are complete.
Overdue: You've an overdue Milestone with at least one outstanding task.
Viewing Project Statuses from Overview
While the Portfolio view of project statuses gives a snapshot of project updates within the portfolio, the Overview screen in Reporting provides a cross-workspace experience which allows you to dive into projects from a single screen.
