Import Process Duration
Starting the import process generally takes 1 to 5 minutes. After confirming the import, the actual importing time can vary from 1 minute to several minutes, depending on the amount of data in your ClickUp workspace and the rate limits of ClickUp's API.

Starting Your ClickUp Import
You can access the importer during onboarding, through Nifty's dropdown menu, or at the Portfolio level import.
Next, select the Monday importer from the options and select Get Started.
Here you will be prompted to enter your API Key from ClickUp.
Accessing Your ClickUp API Key
Open your mini-menu in the bottom left of ClickUp.
In the open menu select the Apps option.
If you do not have an API Token already, select Generate.
Copy your API Token from ClickUp.
Paste your API Token into Nifty and select Confirm.
Proceeding with Your ClickUp Import
Match your User Data from ClickUp to members of your Nifty team.
