Your workspace's subscription can be managed by the Workspace Owner or Billing Owner, the latter being a permission given by the Workspace Owner.
Accessing the Billing Section
1. Navigate to the top left of your screen, click the workspace dropdown, and select Settings.
2. Under the "Workspace" section of Settings, select Billing.
From here you can do the following:
Change Plan: Update the plan and billing cycle that this workspace is on.
Add Payment Method: Add or update a payment method to ensure a continuous, undisrupted subscription.
Add Invoice Details: Specify your business' details that you'd like included on downloaded invoices.
Download Invoice: Download invoices of previous Nifty subscription charges for your bookkeeping.
Updating License Count
To view or manage who is occupying a license within your workspace, access the Manage Members tab of the Members & Permissions page of Workspace Settings.
To remove members from your workspace, access the Remove option via the dropdown menu next to their role below their name.
Access the Invite People tab of Members & Permissions to bring more collaborators into your workspace.
Note: Adding or removing licensed users will prorate your subscription based on your current billing periods so you only pay for what you use.
