Nifty's built-in Direct Messaging keeps your teamside communications right alongside your daily communications.
Toggling Direct Messaging On / Off
The Team Owner can enable or disable the Direct Message tool by going to Workspace Settings --> General Settings and flipping the Team Chat switch.
Team Chat Widget
Once enabled, members of your workspace will now have access to the Team Chat direct messaging widget!
Guest Messages
Guests can optionally engage in 1-on-1 conversations with the Workspace Owner as well. Toggle Guest Messaging on for this feature to activate.
