1. In the sidebar, click on the "+" button next to the PROJECTS header.

2. Name your project and add team members and guests. If your team members are not already part of your team, they will be added to your team as well as the project.

Team members are internal users who will have access to Direct Messaging and (almost) all of Nifty's features, depending on the role.

Guests are limited collaborators who do not join your subscription and have more of a read-only experience with Nifty.

Done! Your new project will appear on your dashboard, and your Team Members will and Guests will be sent invitations via email.
